Ignacio is the founder of United Tree & Environmental Management, Inc. and a 28-year Utility Vegetation Management professional. Throughout his tenure, Ignacio has held many roles in the UVM industry ranging from general foreman to director of operations and now as the founder and president of United. He is an ISA Certified Arborist and holds a Bachelor of Psychology from California State University, San Bernardino.

Diana has been in the utility vegetation management industry since 2019. Prior to UVM she had several years of experience in the finance and mortgage industry. As a seasoned professional with over a decade of leadership and management experience, Diana is a key player in building and strengthening United's professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.  

Esteban has been in the utility vegetation management industry for nearly a decade and has held multiple positions from assistant general foreman to now the operations manager for United Tree & Environmental Management, Inc. He is an ISA Certified Arborist, CTSP, and also holds an OSHA 30 certification. Esteban has half a decade of experience leading teams, creating and executing strategies for operational success. 

Jesus is a leader with over a decade of experience in leadership roles and a seven-year utility vegetation management background. He has performed multiple duties within the industry from customer coordinator to general foreman and most recently as project manager at United. He is an ISA Certified Arborist, CTSP, and is currently working towards becoming a certified utility specialist.
